What is EFT?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or tapping, is a powerful technique that combines Chinese acupressure with modern psychology to clear physical and emotional pain in your energy system. It involves using your fingertips to gently tap on different areas of the body (acupressure points) while focusing on a specific emotion or belief.
What is Matrix Reimprinting?
Matrix Reimprinting is a technique that helps people reconnect with their prior traumas and core beliefs. It gently and safely allows you to release negative energy attached to the traumatic memory, enabling you to let go and feel safe.

EFT can be done both in person and online. Online sessions involve self-tapping guided by me, while in-person sessions include direct tapping by me. Both approaches are equally effective.

EFT is generally well-tolerated. Some people may experience temporary emotional intensity or fatigue as they release deep-seated emotions. These effects are typically short-lived and part of the healing process.
