EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique, is a powerful method that combines Chinese acupressure with modern psychology to clear physical and emotional pain in your energy system. It involves using your fingertips to gently tap on different areas of the body (acupressure points) while focusing on a specific emotion or belief.

What is Matrix Reimprinting?

Matrix Reimprinting is a technique that helps people reconnect with their prior traumas and core beliefs. It gently and safely allows you to release negative energy attached to the traumatic memory, enabling you to let go and feel safe.

Is it an in-person modality? Or can it be done online?

EFT can be done both in person and online. Online sessions involve self-tapping guided by me, while in-person sessions include direct tapping by me. Both approaches are equally effective.

What does a session typically look like?

- Tapping: I’ll guide you to tap on different points on your body while you repeat specific phrases.

- Combined Approach: Using a combination of EFT and Matrix Reimprinting, we’ll release emotional pain and change the perception of any troublesome memories that come up.

What can I expect to feel during and after a session?

Many clients report feeling a sense of relief, calm, and relaxation during and after sessions. Some may experience emotional releases or shifts in perspective.

What is Matrix Reimprinting and how does it differ from EFT?
